went back in the morning to wash up and met bee bee again for the help out in JAMS church. It is to help out in an outing for the intellectually disabled people , the venue is at airport T3 . Everyone feel proud of us , and i felt happy too , but i think i can do better , cause of the not enough sleep , i was quite blur.

Overall is was a ok one , quite a diff experience from minds camp. Is nice to help those needy at times.

Things ended , bee hse again !!! was suppose to jog in the end never again ! rot & sleep !! =x =x
